AZ-900 Azure Fund Cert RE Take

as i'm paying out of pocket i'm wondering if microsoft offers any vouchers or discounts for the az-900 certification. I've taken all the precourse work, and pretests screening at 90% and went to personVUE to take the exam which ended up timing out just before kickoff... had to restart which through me off and I missed by 20pts which i think is like 2 questions-- also side-bar their wording and test style was NOTHING like the pretest course work... any way. Does MSFT offer a retake or any discounts as i'm paying for this out of pocket and $99 a clip is pretty steep! I'm tryin to get through fundamentals, AI, and security. I just finished AI last week, wanted to knock this out, then move to security...
