Accessibility and ADA Compliance in Azure DevOps Test Cases

I have testers using Azure DevOps Test suites who are unable to use the feature because of ADA Accessibility issues. One user is blind and uses a screen reader (JAWS), but it doesn't work. One user cannot use the mouse so they are unable to tab through certain screens.
Is Azure DevOps ADA Compliant? Who can assist with this? Thanks!
