Thank you for your question. To answer your query, it is not possible to see deleted Document Intelligence Model IDs in Microsoft Azure Cloud. Once a model is deleted, it is permanently removed from the system and cannot be retrieved.
I also attempted to view the deleted models, but I was unable to find any. However, please note that once a model is deleted, it is permanently removed from the system and cannot be retrieved. However, you can view the list of available models in the Azure Document Intelligence portal. On the "Models" tab to view the list of available models.
