    Hi @Risesoon ,

Please log in to your webmail, check if there are any mailbox quota issues, delete unnecessary emails and empty the deleted folder and spam folder.

How many accounts are configured in your Outlook and what type of the accounts are. In order to narrow the scope of the issue, I suggest you try creating a new profile for the account and check the result. Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, then re-add your account.

Right click on your account and select IMAP Folders, uncheck the option at the bottom of the dialog and click Apply and OK. After all folders display under your account, please check if there any duplicate folder. If so, remove it.

If the issue still persists, to further assist you, please provide the following information to me:

    1. Please provide the screenshot about your IMAP alert to make me more aware of your problem.
    2. Please provide the screenshot about your Outlook. To get the version, please click File > Office Account.
