Misconfiguration Alert

Dear team,

Please note that we have mobile devices enrolled to Intune MDM. The users have 2 corporate email accounts configured in their Outlook mobile app. Some users are reporting the following misconfiguration error: "Your admin wants the apps on this device to be managed with the account ...".

What is happening, is that the email main account is kept, and the second account is removed automatically.

Please can you advise why this issue is happening, and how to resolve it?
