External identity cannot accept the invitation

This user ([saadi@onminerets.onmicrosoft.com]) was invited to this tenant cfeee0c4-dbf3-44f7-b6c7-361ade5b4555 though without mailbox but was sent the invite link and when clicks the link he get this: User's image

When he clicks switch accounts, he gets this: User's image

Meanwhile a user with onmicrosoft.com on the same tenant was invited through the direct link sent to the user and the user was able to accept invitation.

We have checked and confirmed that the external identities collaboration setting is in order.

Please what could be blocking the user from accepting the invitation.

    Thank you for your post!

    It seems the external guest user’s email conflicts with an existing Contact object being created prior to the user in the home tenant, it can prevent the guest user from redeeming an invitation through a direct link.
    To resolve this issue, delete the old guest's user in your tenant and reinvite the guest.
