@Manvendra Mahra Did you mean to check if the commitment tiers are applicable to document intelligence service? If Yes, then the tier is available for certain features of the service. Please see the pricing page for more details.

Document Intelligence has a commitment-based pricing model for large workloads and Disconnected containers. Please see the FAQ page for details.

So does this mean the pricing for commitment tiers under commitment tiers is not applicable for Document Intelligence.

And the pricing for doc intelligence will be the one under disconnected containers

Please let me know if I am correct.

@Manvendra Mahra Apologies for the confusion. Commitment tier is applicable for Web, Connected and Disconnected tiers. But you need to first submit the form to enable your subscription to select it and then you can select the same for web, connected or disconnected containers. See this page for the steps you need to follow.

In your earlier comment you shared the link for applying for commitment tiers for disconnected containers. Can you help me with a link for applying for commitment tiers for connected containers? I am not able to find that.

@Manvendra Mahra For using commitment tier pricing for connected environments, you should be able to view in Azure portal an option to select commitment tiers after you create a resource under a standard tier. See, screen shot below.

Ensure your subscription is pay-as-you-go to view these options. Thanks!!
