Hello,

There seems to be a vulnerability in the previous version of Zoom (version 5) so I decided to write a script to install Version 6 of Zoom, but it seems to not install properly, and if a user had version 5 of Zoom, they receive an error message.

However, I did not have Zoom installed and pushed the intune deployment to my machine, and it installed fined.

0x80070667 is the error that is received

This is the command line argument- msiexec /i "ZoomInstallerFull.MSI" /qn AU2_EnableAutoUpdate=”True” zSilentStart=1 is the

My question is it possible to upgrade version 5 of Zoom to the newest version 6.0.4 (38135) via intune deployment.

Thanks.

@Daniel Bulakh Thanks for posting in our Q&A.For this issue, did you deploy Zoom as a win32 app? If yes, we usually configure win32 app supersedence to do win32 app update. It is suggested to try to modify the setting "Uninstall previous version" to "Yes". For more details, please refer to the following article:

If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
