How to copy config settings for Hyper-V quick create VM

When I create a VM using Hyper-V manager "quick create" it has properties that I like such as resize window, copy/cut/paste with host. However, it uses a Win11 Evaluation version which expires in 90 days. When I create a new VM, I can use a Win11 install iso disk, but the properties like window resize are not available or not working. I want to know how I can create a new VM with settings like those used in the quick create process. Or better yet, I want to know how to change the settings for my new VM to match the settings used in quick create.

    Hi Tony,

    Hope you're doing well.

As far as I know, there is no way to archieve this. You may follow the following doc to create VM:

You can create your own "Quick Create" gallery using your desired images and VMs. Please check the following articles for more details.
