Can not create a tenant nor can I invite users?

Question

Every time I try to create a tenant I get "Tenant Creation Failed". I am the only user and the Admin on my Azure account. I am also the global admin.

Also when I try to invite external users I get he same issue but it says I do not have permission.

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

As you mentioned that you are administrator of azure account, it means you are the administrator for this azure subscription?

Please kindly double confirm it. If yes, It should have the proper access to execute. Then please try:

1. Clear the browser cache and execute the operation again.
2. Restart/switch to another browser and access Azure Portal in a private window and try again.
