    Hello Weiy,

Greetings! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform.

I understand that you are facing issues in accessing the Azure storage account in the Sandbox environment. Please review the following troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue,

Ensure that you’ve activated the Azure sandbox. This process will create a Learn directory that you can use. Confirm that the default directory is set correctly. Check Your Profile: Click on your profile in the Azure portal (located at the top right corner) and verify that the directory is set to “Microsoft Learn Sandbox.”

Based on the issue, I would recommend referring to the Troubleshooting known issues article.Have you tried in different browsers / machines / In private Browsing and cache, temp cleared

    • Sign in to the Subscriptions view in the Azure portal.
      • Select the subscription you want to check, and then look under Settings.
      • Select Properties. The account administrator of the subscription is displayed in the Account Admin box.

    refer - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/faq?pivots=sandbox, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/architecture/guide/azure-sandbox/azure-sandbox for detailed guidance.
