I cant sign in to my corporate MS account. I cant receive the otp sent to my phone number, even though I can receive texts from other people. Is it because I am not currently using the company's network?

Hi @JUAN MIGUEL B. DE CASTRO,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble signing in to your corporate Microsoft account. Let’s troubleshoot this issue. Here are some steps you can try:

Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes network issues can prevent OTP messages from being delivered.

Restart Your Device: Restart your computer or device and try signing in again.

Check Your Phone Settings: Verify that your phone number is correctly associated with your Microsoft account. You can do this by visiting your account security settings.

Contact Your Mobile Service Provider: Reach out to your mobile service provider to check if there’s any block enabled on your account that might be preventing OTP messages.

Use an External Storage Device: If you’ve done any work since your last successful sign-in, save it to an external storage device. Then restart your device in safe mode and sign in with your original profile. Check if your settings and files are restored. Finally, restart your device in normal mode and sign in again1.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, consider reaching out to your organization’s Office 365 global department. They can contact Microsoft’s frontline support team for further assistance.

    Best regards,
