Why does RDP Session not open?

I start the service, and I cannot connect to the RDP Session.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform, thanks for posting your query here.

    There could be several reasons why RDP is not working.

    One of the reasons could be that the Remote Desktop Agent Loader was unable to install the agent properly and the agent service isn't running on your session host VM.

    Another reason could be NSG rules not allowing RDP port on the VM for public IP.

    Use this link (https://ping.eu/port-chk/) and see if the RDP port 3389 is open on the Public IP of the VM.

    The local firewall on the windows VM could be blocking this. Check the firewall once.
