email login is asking for mobile authentication, but no mobile linked to account

Colleague is trying to login to email. She is being asked to authenticate using a code on her mobile, but she doesnt have that mobile any more. Multi factor authentication is disabled. How can I help her login?

    Change the mobile no. from Azure Entra
