Are there other users in your organization who have the same problem?
What version of your Outlook client is? Make sure to update to the latest version. You can check for updates by going to File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:
- Run Windows Update to make sure you have the latest updates for Outlook and other desktop apps for Microsoft 365.
- Download and run the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.
