Hi there,
We are looking into alternative platforms for a CRM, we currently use Salesforce and we use this to handle inbound customer queries amongst a number of other things. I have got a free trial of the customer service hub, however it is quite complex to understand and start off with, if someone could please point me in the right direction? many thanks
