Outlook plugin button in windows

Question

This is my outlook manifest file. I'm happy with the result on Mac

I think the current behaviour in Windows desktop and web client is not convinient for my end-users.

After opening an email they have to click on icon, then click on addin-icon

How can I place the plugin button outside of apps menu and beside
