@J-3804, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To troubleshoot the remediation issue on some devices, the logs I can think is the IntunemanagementExtenion log or AgentExcution log under C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs
You can check if we can find something there. Another method we try is adding Start-Transcript in the script to log the detailed information.
In addition, for the affected device, you can manually run the remediation script to see if we will get any error.
