Unable to see 'Import' button in Key Vault secret option

Hi folks,
I am trying to upload/ renew a secret object in Key Vault, but I am unable to see import certificate option there. I certainly can recall it was previously there but now it's not.
Have there been any changes made to the KV operations recently from Azure? Has this option been permanently removed?
If yes, how can we upload the certificate files to KV secrets?

I think. this can be caused by a number of things, including:
- A firewall rule that is blocking traffic to the Azure Key Vault.
- A connectivity issue between your client and the Azure Key Vault. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following:
- Turn off the Firewall or add the client IP to the list of allowed IPs. At this time your client machine's IP address is not authorized to access the Key Vault and isn't a trusted Microsoft Service.

Apologies but this doesn't seem so.
I tried this in Public KVs as well but same results. Moreover, I was able to import certificate objects and list secrets in the same KV without any issues. Had Firewall been the issue, it will not even allow the list operations, but I was even able to write to the certs.
Awaiting your further comments on this.
