How will i fix error (Code: ReadOnlyDisabledSubscription)

Hi, how would i solve this error even though, i have an active subscription?

The subscription 'some Subscription ID' is disabled and therefore marked as read only. You cannot perform any write actions on this subscription until it is re-enabled. (Code: ReadOnlyDisabledSubscription)

Does it take time to reflect the activity status in Azure portal for the disabled subscriptions?

some help would be appreciated. added a reference. azure subscrption error.png

Note: i have recently paid the amount that was due.

    You do not have an active subscription, it is disabled. If the subscription was disabled by Microsoft for non-payment then they need to re-enable it. If you have paid the balance and it has not been enabled you would need to raise a support request through the portal.
