We suggest you try the following methods:
Try shortcut key combination: Ctrl+Alt+Home. To see if the toolbar can be redisplayed.
Try disconnecting the current connection by right clicking on the Windows key in the RD Client, then selecting sign out, and then re-entering the connection, which sometimes restores the display of the toolbar.
Check this option on the RD Connection interface:
