Could you please tell me: did you encounter this problem when setting a custom meeting background?
Setting a custom meeting background during a meeting is only available to Teams Premium licensed users who are assigned this custom background policy. Users can still upload their own meeting backgrounds regardless of whether they have a Teams Premium license.
So before setting up meeting backgrounds for your Teams meetings, check to make sure you have the following items:
- Make sure you have a Teams Premium license.
- Make sure you are an administrator with access to the Teams admin center or you are assigned a custom policy.
- Please make sure your background image meets the required specifications.
For the issue that the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams is missing from user profile, it is recommended that you uninstall Teams from your device, then reinstall it or configure user profiles manually.
