Power Automate Flow Error - previous version I had no errors

I need help trying to fix the below error on my flow.

Flow save failed with code 'InvalidTemplate' and message 'The template validation failed: 'The repetition action(s) 'For_each' referenced by 'inputs' in action 'Send_Approval_Email_Notification' are not defined in the template.'.'.
