This issue might arise if you're trying to access the application using an account that isn't part of the 'Azure Monitoring' tenant. To fix this, double-check that you're using the appropriate account associated with the tenant.
- Ensure that you're using the right account to access the application and this account is connected to the "Azure Monitoring" tenant.
- If you've already created an external user account, please ensure it's added to the 'Azure Monitoring' tenant. You can do this by following the steps outlined in the Azure portal for adding a user to a tenant.
