Problème avec mon application bureau ordinateur Teams

Bonjour,

Je rencontre actuellement un problème avec mon application bureau ordinateur.

Elle ne reconnaît pas le groupe dans lequel je suis attribuée, c'est-à-dire "gem formation".

Le message est que je ne fais plus partie de cette organisation.

Cela fonctionnait depuis la page web jusqu'à la semaine dernière et puis impossible de se connecter par ce biais.

Je me suis déjà déconnectée et reconnectée mais toujours rien.

J'ai également désinstallé et réinstallé l'application mais toujours impossible de se connecter.

Le seul moyen qu'il me reste est l'application mobile.

Pourriez-vous m'aider à régler ce problème ?

Hello,
I am currently experiencing a problem with my desktop computer application Teams.
It does not recognize the group in which I am assigned, that is "gem formation".
The message is that I am no longer part of this organization.
It worked from the web page until last week and then impossible to connect through it.
I’ve already disconnected and reconnected but still nothing.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled the application but still unable to connect.
The only way I have left is with the mobile app.
Could you help me with this problem?

Does this issue still persist on Teams web client?

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

I don't understand the meaning of "recognize the group which i am assigned", do you mean you have no access in Teams channel?

If so, please contact with you Teams admin to check if you are still the member in Teams channel and let them add you to teams channel again to see if it works.

Besides, please try to clean Teams client cache file.

Actuellement, je ne peux pas ajouter mes élèves sur mon groupe teams peut être car ils sont hors de mon organisation, alors vous pouvez m'aider à comment faire pour les ajouter?

Peut être il faut d'abord que les élèves aient un email educatif puis ils auront la possibilité de rejoindre Teams. Ainsi vous serez capables de les ajouter à votre groupe.

Je pense que le problème vient peut-être d'Internet, Ou il peut y avoir une mise à jour de Microsoft, j'ai déjà eu un problème similaire et la raison était la suivante.
