unable to reset password 'due temporary issues'

when i try to reset password for users in my domain i getting this error"we're sorry, we're not able to reset this user's password right now. this may be due to temporary issues on our end. please wait a few minutes and try again"

    Hi @Faisal mansour

    In my environment, I tried to reset the password for users in my domain and was able to do so. As shown in the image below, the status in audit logs is 'successful'. Could you please share the correlation ID for the activity, i.e. the user's password reset request?

    Could you please check the roles you have? The table below shows the roles that have the ability to reset passwords.
