Azure Code Signing - Identity Verification - How long to process

I applied for identity verification for our organization for Azure Core Signing public trust signing on the 3rd May 2024.
The status is still showing as "In Progress". The only contact has been email verification which I have completed.
How long should this process take?
Our existing code signing certificate is coming up for renewal and I would like to be able to validate and transition to Azure Core Signing before we renew with the other provider.
Please let me know if you need any further detail.
