I have not received certification even if i passed Certification Exam

HI Team,

I gave "Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate" exam on 12th May 2024 at 8:15 AM IST. However I have not received certificate and no exam history as well.

Microsoft certification ID: 996631979

Could you resolve this issue asap.
