We have a requirement wherein we want to index a field which has a checkbox provided below. There are different patterns in which this question would be asked but the underlying is a question with checkboxes provided and one of the checkbox wuld be selected.

We are using "General Document" model to index and observed that this is being returned in multiple fashions where under "Paragraphs", we are receiving "unselected, selected" in many ways. No consistent way on how this is being returned.

We do have questions on what would be the better way to have this field indexed and recognized much more easily? Any other model to be used? Any other response fields which would capture the response for these checkbox type questions?

Hello @Karri, Keerthi , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

I can understand your scenario. You can try defining the field name using query fields which is a preview feature.

Here is a similar thread, you can refer to:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1662379/how-to-extract-checkbox-answer-as-value-and-questi

    I hope this helps.
