UWP App not visible for private Group

I have submitted sucessfull an App binary to the Windows Store. Now i try to give some testers access to this submission. But there is a problem. Nobody of my testers has access to the app store app. My account is also in this private group which include all other tester and i have access via Windows Store to our App.

We all are using the same Windows Version, the e-mail addresses are correct.

Do you have any idea what the problem might be?

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Are these testers signed in the Store with the Microsoft Accounts? The Private audience document mentioned that- After your submission is published, the people in the group you specify will be able to view the app’s listing and download the app, as long as they are signed in with the Microsoft account associated with the email address that you entered and are running Windows 10, version 1607 or higher (including Xbox One).

Are these testers trying to get the app by using a regular link to your app’s Store listing? If it is, you could find the specific link on your App identity page under URL if your app is only visible to certain people (requires authentication). Give the testers the specific link instead of the regular link.

All Users have a private Microsoft Account and a company Microsoft account with exact the same e-mail address and are running Windows 10 greater than 1703. They all know that they have to sign in with their account which is located in the private group list.

It is not possible for my testers to find the app with the app store link for private audience. There is an error like the requested resource is not available. That is also very strange for me.

We are all working on our company notebooks. Is it possible that our company blocks our private app? Public apps are visible.

I'm not sure if the company network policy would block it. My suggestion is that you could open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select App submissions and management for issue type. Then you could talk to the store team directly via email.
