Are you saying you have to have wondows 10 pro to have mirroring enabled?
Try searching for "Manage Storage Spaces" in Windows 10. I think this is the new way of managing multi-disk setups.

Hi,
I'm using windows 10 enterprise, there is add mirror option in disk management when right click mouse.
However, if you are using windows 10 Home, it may not support this functionality, and remove "add mirror option" from Windows 10 Home version.
Also, Add Mirror option only work when the disk was joined Storage Pool. If not, this option would greyed out.
Any existing simple volume can be mirrored onto another dynamic disk, as long as there is sufficient unallocated space on that disk. If you do not have a dynamic disk with enough unallocated space, the Add Mirror menu item is unavailable. (To verify you have enough space, right-click the disk, click Properties, and then check the size in Unallocated Space. This size may be slightly smaller than shown in the graphical and list views.)
Hope above information can help you.
