Android Teams Call Notification not work properly on Xiaomi Pro 9s

Hello,

I have the company portal on my Xiaomi pro 9s and use the Teams app there. Unfortunately, I don't get any call notifications. I only hear it ringing but can't answer the call anywhere. I have already checked all the settings but unfortunately have not found anything.

@Esile-1448, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, I find a link describe a similar issue on iOS. It mentioned one possible setting "Org data notifications" in app protection policy can affect. Please check if we have such app protection policy set for the user and set allow to see if the issue can be fixed.

However, if the issue still persists, please collect the following information to verify:

1 Unenroll the device from Intune and test if the issue persists.

2.Test the same account on other device to see if the issue persists.

3.How many users affect? If we compare the working and not working users, can we get any difference with the policies applied on them.
