error code 0x80020009

I have control system server (windows server 2016 & Microsoft office 2013) the control system software is ABB 800xA that auto generate daily excel report, this feature was stopped suddenly with error code "0x80020009" and error message "open method of workbooks class failed" when excel is closed and error message "activeX component cannot create object" when excel is opened.

Any procedure/help to solve this problem and get the excel reports to be generated again.

    To troubleshoot this issue from Windows OS level, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Check if excel works fine on the server.

    2.Check if the service account of ABB 800xA has proper permission to excel.

    3.Try to repair or reinstall Office and see if it helps.

    Meanwhile, please kindly engage AAB 800xA software support team for troubleshooting from their side.
