How to move c partition to a new disk

I’m trying to move my c partition to a new disk. I am newbie for computer. I want c partition to disk 0. I want not sure how to. Any help will be appreciated.

To remove partition C to disk 0, please kindly try below steps:

1.Initialize the disk 0 for preparation.

2.Choose a disk clone tool and clone the partition C to the disk 0.

3.Configure disk 0 and make sure it can be booted normally.

When starting the windows or go to BIOS/UEFI setting and mark disk 0 as the first boot device.

4.After configuration verify if new disk can be booted normally.
