Does Windows AI Studio allow for incremental fine-tuning?

There is currently no official confirmation that Windows AI Studio directly supports incremental fine-tuning of AI models.

Thanks for responding.
I was told by both Copilot and Claude AI that it is possible.
They both stated to first perform an incremental fine-tuning. And then rename the input model as the output of the previous fine-tuning.
