My AI 900 exam is cancelled in middle by person due to my wrong mouse pad.

Hi

I was giving my exam for AI 900. my mouse was not working for drag and drop. so I asked use to mouse Pad in Chat. They asked Do I need to go outside room. I said as I had my kid story near me. he asked me not go out of camera so I took that. then I start using my mouse Suddenly he asked me to show mouse pad, I showned and he disconnect my exam. I did everything in front of him and after taking his permission. still they disconnect my exam. I believe I should leave that question . I sincerely apologies for this mistake.

how Can I reschedule this exam, do I need to pay amount again if I will request for fresh exam.
