Hello Team,

The scenario that customer asked is: They have M365 tenant in Singapore - and they have two user base location accessing AVD (Singapore & Hong Kong).

  1. Now if the user in Singapore location accesses the AVD based in Singapore and copies the files back to SharePoint from AVD or vice-versa, will there by egress?
  2. Same scenario as above but now the user is in Hong Kong and accessing AVD in Hong Kong, if the user copies files from AVD to SharePoint (Tenant in Singapore) - will there be egress? I found a third party block but any official Microsoft link?

    Hello Ravi Kumar Shanker

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform, thanks for posting your query here.

I checked with internal team on this ask, traffic to M365 services is considered internet egress.

    Hope that clarifies your query.
