Cannot remove AKS and its public IP, cannot renew subscription

Hello,

I have installed kong ingress with helm in my AKS cluster. When I tried to uninstall the kong ingress I got kong service (load balancer) with assigned public IP in terminationg state. I tired to delete it with kubectl delete service kong and kubectl delete namespace kong but with no success..I also could not delete AKS cluster because it had this associated public IP which was created automatically in a different resource group. I am also unable to delete or disassociate the public IP. So hence I am in stuck state where I cannot delete AKS, IP or resource group. So I decided to cancel my subscription hoping that it will remove all my resources.

But it did not delete anything and now I can not even renew my subscription.
Hence I am asking Azure support to intervene as I think this is azure specific issue.
Thank you

As you have now cancelled your subscription there is not much you can do. You will need to raise a support ticket through the Azure portal to get assistance. You can raise billing support tickets without a support contract.

Is there any way to actually detach the IPs from the load balancer? The documentation just goes in circles and there are no answers.
