Azure Analysis services Processing failed (in memory mode) with message
the remote server returned an error: (400) bad request.
we are using Azure Synapse workspace sql pool as data source
Please note..it is failing after loading after 40-50% data.

The error shared is very generic and is not helping much . Did you atleast tried again and did you faced the same issue ? Is the data being loaded is huge ?

You can try following and see if this helps:
1. Connect to Analysis service from SQL Server Management Studio
2. Try processing the cube, here in the new window that opens it will tell you which all tables, partitions analysis service is able to process and help you narrow down the issue to specific table or partition
3. Once you narrow down see if there are duplicate records and may be you were expecting only one record etc in such situations also analysis service refresh fails and it gives generic error
