Problem putting a Windows 10 Pro Surface tablet into Intune

Hello everybody,

A customer is running a local Windows Server 2016 AD, synced with his Office 365 Azure AD. Some Windows 10 Pro devices cannot be controlled by Intune, while others work just fine. As an example, we have one which cannot be put into the Azure AD for Intune. What could this unknown error code 0x80180014 be please?

@StefanFalk-3370, For the error code 80180014, Based on the following article, it means the platform or version is not supported.

Please check if our version is supported in Intune. We can see more details in the following link. Also try to upgrade the OS to the latest version to see if can fix the issue.

The customer told me that the problem had been solved. I don't have the exact cause to report it here, unfortunately. But thank you for your support and stay healthy.
