1) I keep being asked to log into my Microsoft365 Office account to access files.
2) At top of the office program I am opening, it says, "We can't upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired"
3)I keep keeping the erro, "Your computer's trusted platform modudle has malfunctioned; Error code: 80090016"
See many messages online about this, tried logging out of my user account; didn't try removing TPM from device manager.
I am only user on this computer- help is appreciated
