How to sync your signature across different devices?

I don't have the latest M365， but a MSI version of office . please help.

Hi @BhanuTej-3769,
Please understand that the signature is saved on your local file, so it actually couldn't be synced to different devices automatically. However, we could share the signature via copying the signature files from a device to other devices.

File location : C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures, copy these 3 files like below to the same location in new device and then we could use this signature in Outlook.

Morning JadeLiang-MSFT,

I have the same question in relation to signature syncing, but mine is based on syncing signatures from Outlook on my PC to Outlook on my Android device.

Which folder on my Android device would I copy these files into?
