Hi @NikiforovAll,
Microsoft Learn is currently not supported in the Q&A forums, the supported products are listed over here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products (more to be added later on).
You can ask the experts in the dedicated Microsoft Learn forum over here:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-learn/ct-p/MicrosoftLearn
https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum/mcp_courses-mcp_mslearn
(If the reply was helpful please don't forget to upvote and/or accept as answer, thank you)
Best regards,
Leon
Looks like that system does not have this option. MVA training / learning is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)

I assume you should find the answer here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/21487/follow-userscolleagues.html or on this page https://www.donovanbrown.com/post/find-and-follow-friends-on-ms-learn.
It is available via the search, although it is important, not to click on the auto-suggestions when searching, but let the search results to be displayed first. There you should have the option to follow the user.
Regads,
Peter
