How can I create rule in Azure DevOps for below use case. Delay comment (added custom field - textbox) should be mandatory, when Completed Hours is greater than Original Estimation.
If I entered Original Estimate = 10 hours and If I enter 15 hours in Completed hours then my custom field should be visible and mandatory to enter reason for delay or extra efforts.
