Android Emulator in Visual Studio 2019 16.8.2 Giving System UI Error

While using the Android Emulator in Visual Studio 16.8.2, it gives the message "System UI isn't responding". It doesn't usually do this in the middle of debugging an app, but it is not uncommon for it to do it between debugging sessions. The device is Pixel 3 XL R 11.0 - API 30 (Android 11.0 - API 30), and (if I remember correctly) I left all the settings at the defaults. What is the problem? Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome to our Microsoft Q&A platform!

First of all, please make sure your have enabled the Hardware acceleration for emulator, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/android/get-started/installation/android-emulator/hardware-acceleration?pivots=windows

If you enabled it, please delete this emulator, create a emulator like this screenshot. https://imgur.com/a/ZyBakKc

Best Regards,

Hello,
I did what you advise and the problem persists.

Any other ideas? I have also deleted the bin and obj folders with no luck
