Teams Notification Windows not appearing on top?

Current version of Microsoft Teams: 1.3.00.30866
With one of the recent updates to Microsoft Teams, notifications like incoming calls, no longer appear on top or over other windows. answering calls becomes cumbersome for some users who may have multiple remote desktops, and other windows open. I've listened to many complaints about not being able to answer a call.

Any workaround or fix for this?

    @Ed R ,

    Could you provide us a screenshot to know your situation clearly if possible?

    It recommends you check if you have the appropriate settings of notification. To manage your notifications, select your profile picture in the top right of Teams, then select 46366-image.png Settings > 46417-image.png Notifications.
    For more information, please refer to this article.

    Besides, the latest client version is 1.3.00.33674(64-bit). Update your client to the latest version and try again.

    Yes. I have this issue. O365 support asked me to clear the cache. That fixes for some time and then it returns. However, i noticed that if I disable data on my cell phone (I have teams on my cell), the notification do get pushed to desktop. Then it breaks after some time. Been missing calls at random if my headset is off.
