When will following team members be enabled?

Currently, I can only follow users who have asked questions. I would like to follow my team mates so that I can quickly see what activities they have completed/started.

Is this feature in the roadmap?

@saldana you mentioned that the reputation points quantify reputation and show oneself to be reputable.... but to what end ? you are an employee but building my reputation seems like a great way for individuals to give tech support for free, I am an actuarial math student so i do know about certain aspects of azure and windows R & virtual studio... but your explanation of reputation points seems very self evident ... is my time cost of asking you this and any attendant reputation points actually compensated?
