Hi:
I would like to add a Hyperlink on my Outlook signature that will allow my Organization Teams Chat Box to pop open and allow the sender to IM when required. Im looking for the feature that happens exactly when you include your email address. If the sender clicks it, it will open a new message window. I want the same but for my Teams Chat feature.

Is this posible?

    You can add a link as follows;
    https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=<youremailaddress>

    You can make it a bit prettier by masking the link behind some text or even the Teams icon.
    For detailed instructions see; Add a “Chat with me in Teams” link to your email signature
