Unable to on Sync setting after joining to Azure AD(Global Admin access)

So what's the ask here? Talk to your admin, they need to enable the setting. If you are asking where the setting is located, you can find it under the AAD blade -> Devices -> Enterprise State Roaming: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_Devices/DevicesMenuBlade/RoamingSettings/menuId/

I am using free subscription (Trail) , And i didn't see this option

It's not available for the Free tier. You can activate a free trial of Azure AD Premium to enable the feature.
