Receiving error "The claims to verify have been changed" on production system

Hi Team,

I am receiving below error on production system using Azure AD B2C. I could not find any details to this error. No other error code is shown. Just this message is shown. It is coming while a user does sign up.

"The claims to verify have been changed"

Please help us out on Priority

@RonnieKapoor-4055 , Is your B2C tenant located in China region ? I ask because this was an issue reported back in May this year but it was fixed within a few hours. At this point if its not located in China , this can come when user tries to signin after OTP verification . Does it happen continuously for all users or intermittently?

Hi @ShashiShailaj-MSFT , it only occured once or may be a couple of times on production, it is very rare and intermittent.

We don't have anything in China.

Hi @shashishailaj I am getting the same error as the OP but my error is when a user enters the verification code on the OTP email verification. I saw you have mentioned this in your comment. Could you please elaborate or help me to diagnose this error? Thanks
